A Troublesome Visitor is a story by Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. Written in 1886, first published in 1886 in the Petersburg Newspaper No. 190 dated July 14, signed by A. Chekhonte. Anton Pavlovich Chekhov (1860 – 1904) was a Russian playwright and physician who is considered to be one of the greatest writers of all time.
